This website

• It uses no cookies.
• It uses no analytics or tracking tools.
• Fonts are hosted on our own server: your browser does not contact outside services to show these pages.
• Server logs: the server keeps no record of visits, neither IP addresses nor pages viewed.

The Tiximove Roma app

• No account. We don't ask for a name, email or password.
• Guidance with the screen off. Only after you tap “Start” does the app use your location with the screen off, to tell you when to get off. Your location stays on your phone, and guidance stops when you arrive or end it.
• Routes, departures and nearby stops. To calculate them, the app sends our server the start and destination, the line you search for or, for the “Near you” board, your location. The server answers and does not keep them. As with any internet connection it sees your phone's IP address, which we do not record. The server is hosted by OVHcloud.
• Place search. The text you type (or the spot you press and hold on the map) and your approximate area, about 1 km, go to Photon, a service run by komoot, to show nearby results first.
• Favourites and recent searches. They stay on your phone.
• Notifications. Guidance alerts are notifications created by the phone itself, with no outside service.

Your rights

Data is used only to provide the service you request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to supporto@tiximove.com. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
